    3. If the Company suspends the use, etc., of personal information based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or decides not to suspend the use, etc., the Company shall promptly notify the user thereof.
    4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if it is difficult to implement the suspension of use, etc., due to the high cost or if it is difficult to implement the suspension of use, etc., for other reasons and it is necessary to take alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
